Terms and Conditions for Sub-Account Subscriptions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale, use, and management of sub-account subscriptions ("Service") provided by IncomeStreamHowTos ("we," "us," or "our") to its clients ("you," "your," or "subscriber") for access to the Adilo platform. By purchasing or using a sub-account subscription through IncomeStreamHowTos, you agree to these Terms.
GENERAL OVERVIEW
1.1 Service Description
IncomeStreamHowTos provides sub-account subscription services for the Adilo platform, allowing subscribers to access video hosting, streaming, and related features through a sub-account created under our master Adilo plan.
1.2 Relationship with Adilo
The Service enables access to the Adilo platform, which is owned and operated by Adilo. By using this Service, you also agree to comply with Adilo’s Terms of Service, policies, and platform rules, as applicable.
1.3 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use this Service.
1.4 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved as set forth in the Dispute Resolution section below.
1.5 Account Activation Timing
Because sub-accounts are provisioned under our master plan, account activation may take up to 24 hours after payment. Your trial period begins upon activation, not at the exact moment of payment. If activation is delayed beyond 24 hours due to our provisioning process, we may extend the trial so you receive the intended trial access period.
PRICING AND SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
2.1 Trial Offer and Auto-Renewal Consent
Trial Payment: At signup, you will be charged $1 for access to a sub-account.
Trial Length: The trial lasts 60 consecutive days and begins on the date and time your sub-account is activated.
Included Resources: Your sub-account includes the features and resource allocations associated with this offer, including 100 GB of monthly bandwidth, unless otherwise stated on the offer page or checkout page. This allocation is intended to support typical course, client, embed, and funnel usage.
Auto-Renewal: At the end of the 60-day trial, your subscription will automatically renew at $14.99 per month unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Consent: By purchasing the $1 trial, you expressly consent to automatic renewal at $14.99 per month at the end of the trial period, using the payment method on file, unless canceled beforehand.
2.2 Cancellation Policy
Cancel Anytime: You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
Trial Cancellation: If you cancel during the 60-day trial, your trial will be scheduled to end 72 hours after the time of cancellation. During this 72-hour grace period, you may continue to access your account to retrieve or download your content and, if you choose, resume your subscription before deletion. No additional trial charges will be made after cancellation.
No Backdated Cancellations: Cancellations take effect prospectively only and are not applied retroactively to prior billing periods.
2.3 Billing Cycle
Subscription fees are charged monthly on a recurring basis after the trial ends. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current billing information. If payment cannot be processed, we may suspend or terminate the sub-account.
2.4 Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription at any time:
Access the Customer Portal (link provided at checkout, in your receipt, or click HERE).
Navigate to the “Subscription” section.
Select “Cancel Subscription” and follow the prompts.
If your subscription has already renewed, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. For trial accounts canceled before renewal, your trial will end 72 hours after cancellation, after which your account and content may be deleted as described in Section 4. No refunds are issued for unused time.
2.5 Failure to Cancel Before Renewal
If you do not cancel before the end of the 60-day trial or before a subsequent billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew and the applicable subscription fee of $14.99 will be charged to your payment method on file. No refunds will be issued for subscriptions not canceled before the renewal date.
2.6 Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable, including:
the initial $1 trial payment; and
any monthly renewals at $14.99.
Refunds will only be considered in the event of a confirmed billing error caused solely by IncomeStreamHowTos. Refunds are not provided for accounts terminated due to violations of these Terms, including duplicate or abusive accounts under Section 3.5, except where prohibited by law.
2.7 Price Lock for Active Subscriptions
The $14.99 per month rate is locked for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing. If your subscription is canceled, terminated, suspended for non-payment, or otherwise ends, any future reactivation or repurchase will be at the then-current public rate and subject to availability.
2.8 Reactivation Policy and Pricing
Reactivation After Cancellation, Trial Expiration, or Non-Payment: Reactivation is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and our approval. This includes accounts canceled during the trial and later deleted.
Current Rate Applies; No Reinstatement of Trial: Any reactivation or repurchase will be at the current subscription rate in effect at the time of repurchase. Prior promotional or introductory pricing, including the $1 trial, will not be reinstated. We may also limit eligibility for future promotional trials or discounted offers.
SUB-ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
3.1 Account Ownership
The sub-account is created for your use under our master plan. You are responsible for all activity under your sub-account, including uploads, shared links, streaming activity, and compliance with any applicable resource allocations, including bandwidth.
3.2 Sub-Account Definition
A sub-account is an account provisioned under our primary Adilo account, giving you access to video hosting and related features based on the plan level we provide.
3.3 Feature Availability
Features available in your sub-account may vary based on what is enabled in our master Adilo plan at any given time. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific Adilo feature, integration, or future update.
3.4 Non-Transferability and Resale Prohibited
Your sub-account is provided solely for your own use or your internal business use. You may not sell, resell, lease, rent, sublicense, share, assign, or otherwise transfer your sub-account, login credentials, or access to the Service to any third party without our prior written consent.
3.5 One Account Per Subscriber; Duplicate Accounts and Abuse
You may hold only one active sub-account subscription for yourself or your business under this $1 → $14.99/month offer. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual or business, including by using different email addresses, payment methods, identities, or entities, to obtain additional trial periods, avoid standard pricing, or bypass limits is not permitted.
If we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that duplicate, fraudulent, or abusive accounts have been created, we may, at our sole discretion, cancel, merge, suspend, or terminate those accounts without refunds or additional grace periods, and revoke access to any associated promotional pricing or trial periods, except where prohibited by law.
ACCOUNT CLOSURE AND CONTENT DELETION POLICY
4.1 Not Continuing After the 60-Day Trial or Trial Cancellation
If you choose not to continue after the trial, or if you cancel your trial subscription before it converts to a paid subscription, you should download or back up your content before cancellation or the end of the trial, whichever occurs first. All content associated with the sub-account may be permanently deleted within 72 hours after either (a) the trial expires, or (b) your cancellation during the trial, following the 72-hour grace period referenced in Section 2.2. Once deleted, content cannot be recovered.
4.2 Canceling After Renewal
If you cancel after the subscription has renewed at $14.99/month, you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused time.
4.3 Irretrievable Content
Once content is deleted, it cannot be recovered. IncomeStreamHowTos and Adilo are not liable for any loss of content following cancellation, expiration, suspension, termination, or non-payment.
FAIR USE POLICY
5.1 Platform Fair Use
Any “unlimited” or high-usage features are subject to Adilo’s own fair-use policies and platform limitations. Excessive or abusive usage may result in restrictions.
5.2 Usage Violations
We may require an upgrade, limit usage, restrict delivery, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that exceed reasonable usage, exceed stated allocations, or violate these Terms or Adilo’s terms.
5.3 Prohibited Content and Use
You are solely responsible for all content uploaded, hosted, or streamed through your sub-account. You agree not to use the Service to upload, host, or distribute any content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise violates Adilo’s acceptable use policies or applicable law. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe your use of the Service violates this Section 5.3.
5.4 Bandwidth Allocation; Intended Use; Public Traffic Limits
Bandwidth is a monthly data-transfer allowance used when viewers stream your hosted videos. Your sub-account includes 100 GB of monthly bandwidth under this offer, unless otherwise stated on the offer page or checkout page.
This Service is intended for typical business usage such as course content, client delivery, website embeds, member areas, and funnel or landing-page video usage. It is not intended for high-volume public streaming, viral traffic, mass public distribution, or use as a general-purpose public video CDN.
If your usage patterns indicate sustained abnormal traffic, automated or bot traffic, hotlinking, unauthorized embedding, piracy, public redistribution, or other misuse, we may restrict delivery, limit usage, require an upgrade, suspend the sub-account, or terminate the subscription, as permitted under these Terms and Adilo’s policies.
5.5 Bandwidth Exhaustion; Temporary Streaming Interruption
If your monthly bandwidth allocation is fully exhausted, your videos may temporarily stop streaming or may be restricted until your bandwidth resets at the start of the next billing cycle or until additional bandwidth is made available. You are responsible for monitoring your usage and maintaining backups of your content as needed.
TERMINATION, WARRANTIES, AND LIABILITY
6.1 Termination by Us
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if:
payment fails;
you violate these Terms or Adilo’s policies; or
you engage in harmful, illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited activity.
6.2 Termination by You
You may cancel at any time via the process in Section 2.4. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term, subject to the trial-specific provisions in Sections 2.2 and 4.1.
6.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, cancellation, or expiration, access to the sub-account and hosted content may be revoked and your content may be deleted according to Section 4.
6.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IncomeStreamHowTos, its affiliates, owners, contractors, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, business, goodwill, data, or content, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6.5 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.
6.6 Force Majeure
We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, outages, labor disputes, internet failures, third-party platform failures, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.
6.7 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IncomeStreamHowTos, its owners, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to (a) your content, (b) your use or misuse of the Service, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of Adilo’s terms, policies, or applicable law.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
7.1 Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Orange County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except to the extent prohibited by law.
7.2 Ownership and Billing Disputes
Billing or ownership disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the charge or disputed event, or to the fullest extent permitted by law, such claim may be deemed waived.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, logos, branding, site content, and related materials provided by IncomeStreamHowTos are the property of IncomeStreamHowTos or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, republish, sell, or create derivative works from such materials without prior written consent.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Any future promotional, limited-quantity, or discounted offers are subject to the terms of that specific promotion and may be modified, limited, suspended, or ended at any time. Promotional pricing does not carry over to reactivations unless expressly stated otherwise by us in writing.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms may be posted on our website or otherwise provided to you. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use, storage, and processing of data, in compliance with applicable laws.
